You can then conveniently register your return via our returns portal and return your order within 14 days. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

This is how the return process works

Please register your return in our returns portal and return the goods to the address provided. Once we receive your return, we will refund you the corresponding amount.

Good to know

Returns not only cost money, but also put a strain on the environment. As a small label, we face the challenge of handling returns sustainably and efficiently. Please support us by only ordering what you truly like and what fits. Our motto: Shop thoughtfully, rather than ordering on a whim.

As an alternative to returning items under €20, we also offer you the option of keeping the item. You will then receive a proportional refund of the value of the goods.

To ensure your new garment fits perfectly, we ask you to refer to our size charts before ordering. You'll find these directly with the respective products. If you're unsure about your size, please contact us – we'll be happy to help!

Please note: Unfortunately, we cannot offer free returns. Please let us know the reason for the return when returning your item—this will help us improve our service.

Once we receive your return, we will refund the value of the goods within a few days using the original payment method used.

Important: We only accept returns of unworn items in their original condition and with an undamaged tags. If the item shows stains or other signs of wear, we reserve the right to exclude products from return. All items from the swimwear collection (swim trunks, bikinis, board shorts, and swimsuits) are excluded from returns, as they are custom-made just for you. Please also see our Terms and Conditions .

We do not currently offer exchanges. If you need a different size, please place a new order and return the current item to us.
